据中国地震台网正式测定：2025年4月19日14时47分在巴基斯坦发生5.9级地震，震源深度150公里。震中位于北纬36.05度，东经71.35度，距我国边境线最近约302公里。此次地震震中200公里范围内有2座大中城市，最近为霍罗格（Khorog），距震中约161公里，震中5公里范围内平均海拔约3837米。截至目前，目前尚无人员伤亡和财产损失报告。

An earthquake of magnitude 5.9 occurred in Pakistan at 14:47 on April 19, 2025，with a focal depth of 150 kilometers. The epicenter was located at 36.05 degrees north latitude and 71.35 degrees east longitude, approximately 302 kilometers from the nearest point on China's national border. Within a 200-kilometer radius of the epicenter, there are two medium-to-large sized cities, with Khorog being the closest at about 161 kilometers from the epicenter. The average elevation within 5 kilometers of the epicenter is roughly 3,837 meters above sea level. As of the latest reports, there have been no confirmed casualties or property damage resulting from this seismic event.

国家冰川冻土沙漠科学数据中心（以下简称数据中心）根据灾情，收集、制备基础地理数据、卫星遥感数据、人口数据、地形等应急响应科学数据。截止目前已开放提供17个服务数据集，服务数据量约43GB。已发布“巴基斯坦5.9级地震（20250419）科学数据应急响应服务”系统，系统提供数据的可视化展示、互操作以及数据下载功能。供相关应急、救援和研究部门使用。

The National Cryosphere Desert Data Center (NCDC) collects and prepares basic geographic data, satellite remote sensing data, population data, topographic data and other emergency response scientific data based on disaster situations. The "Emergency response service of scientific data for Pakistan M5.9 earthquake (20250419)" system has been released, which provides data visualization, interoperation and data download capabilities. For use by relevant emergency, rescue and research departments.

后续数据中心将继续进一步收集、整理灾区各种数据资源并通过数据中心平台逐步发布，供相关应急、救援和研究部门使用。
