据中国地震台网正式测定：土耳其当地时间2024年10月16日10时46分（北京时间2024年10月16日15时46分）发生6.0级地震，震源深度10公里，震中位于北纬38.30度，东经38.70度。土耳其位于亚欧板块、印度洋板块和非洲板块三大板块交界处，大约42%的国土处于活跃地震带上，地质结构不稳，地震多发。截至目前，暂无人员伤亡和财产损失报告。

An earthquake of magnitude 6.0 occurred in Turkey at 10:46 local time on October 16, 2024， at a depth of 10 kilometers, with the epicenter located at 38.30 degrees north latitude and 38.70 degrees east longitude.Turkey is located at the junction of three major plates, the Asia-Europe Plate, the Indian Ocean Plate and the African Plate, and about 42% of the country is on an active seismic zone, which is geologically unstable and prone to earthquakes. Up to now, no casualties and property losses have been reported.

国家冰川冻土沙漠科学数据中心（以下简称数据中心）根据灾情，收集、制备基础地理数据、卫星遥感数据、人口数据、地形等应急响应科学数据。截止目前已开放提供31个服务数据集，服务数据量约88GB。已发布“土耳其6.0级地震（20241016）科学数据应急响应服务”系统，系统提供数据的可视化展示、互操作以及数据下载功能。供相关应急、救援和研究部门使用。

The National Cryosphere Desert Data Center (NCDC) for Glaciology and Permafrost Desert collects and prepares basic geographic data, satellite remote sensing data, population data, topographic data and other emergency response scientific data based on disaster situations. The "Emergency response service of scientific data for Turkey M 6.0 earthquake (20241016)" system has been released, which provides data visualization, interoperation and data download capabilities. For use by relevant emergency, rescue and research departments.

后续数据中心将继续进一步收集、整理灾区各种数据资源并通过数据中心平台逐步发布，供相关应急、救援和研究部门使用。

The subsequent NCDC will continue to further collect and sort out various data resources in the earthquake area and gradually release them through the data center platform for the use of relevant emergency, rescue and research departments.
